I have been working on meditation and silencing my mind.
when I have to quiet my mind, I close my eyes, and this is the picture I see.
It's kind of disturbing really.
I'd rather see a river...
or a field of poppy flowers...
or a calming warm fire.
But the narcissist in me finds some random pic of myself from 2 years back, and plays on that.
gah
works though.

Hahaha thats hilarious. One time, a few years ago, I tried meditating and I just started staring into a corner in my closet. When I looked at my clock after I thought I had been doing it long enough I found that an entire FOUR HOURS had passed - of me sitting in my room, on my desk chair, making no noise whatsoever.
I was kind of surprised that my mom didn't think that anything fishy was going on.
